Competition like this aims to promote literacy in the Quran and encourage its recitation and memorization, while providing beneficial events during the year through which the youth can increase their knowledge base of Islam and develop a stronger and more confident Muslim identity, with the ultimate goal of understanding and living the meaning of the Holy Quran.
